Going Hog Wild in Dallas


A number of Bumpers College alumni joined Dean Michael Vayda and other Bumpers College faculty and staff at the Go Hog Wild with Felix Jones Scholarship Fundraiser on Friday, September 30, 2011. The event was held at the Westin Galleria in Dallas, Texas the evening before Arkansas beat Texas A&M in the Southwest Classic.

Dean Michael Vayda and Associate Dean Lona Robertson along with Blake Bard, director of development; Laura Gamble, prospective student coordinator; Dr. Laurie Apple, associate professor of apparel studies and Trina Holman, liaison for alumni, development and recruiting set up an area within the reception area to greet Bumpers College alumni at the event. Guests we connected with included Lynne Adams, '81, and her husband Pete; Pamela Mortensen, '77; Lawson Hembree, '82, and his wife Debbie; Glenyce Feeney, '69 and her husband Donald Bennett (Fulbright '73, Law '74).
